This annual Lawton Armed Forces Day Parade salutes those who fight for our country on a daily basis. This year’s theme was “Generations of Defenders of Freedom.” Many of the entries paid homage to various military leaders throughout history. The Stripes float showed support for the local Ft. Sill Army base. Stripes Market Manager, Area Managers and Store Managers wore camouflage t-shirts as they stood atop the Stripes Float waving at parade-goers. Other Stripes team members walked along side and distributed coupons and other Stripes goodies.
