(Corpus Christi, TX) Tuesday, November 10, 2015 - Stripes® Convenience Stores announce the opening of its second Stripes Convenience Store in Denver City, Texas. Stripes Stores will host a grand opening fiesta and ribbon cutting ceremony with the Denver City Chamber of Commerce beginning at 11 a.m., Wednesday, November 11, 2015 at 101 State Hwy 214. The ribbon cutting will include a $1,000 donation check presentation to Denver City High School, special appearances by NASCAR SHOW CAR #88 from 10am-2pm and the Denver City High School Mustangs Band, Cheerleaders and Football team as part of the grand opening celebration. The new Stripes Store has added over 30 new jobs to the Denver City community.
The entire community is invited to the grand opening celebration to sample delicious and fresh foods from Laredo Taco Company and Stripes Stores. The first 200 guests at the grand opening celebration will receive a FREE Stripes refillable mug with purchase. The new Stripes Store features Laredo Taco Company, Sunoco Fuel®, the official Fuel of NASCAR® and features 20 Sunoco Branded Fuel dispenser options which include unleaded, super unleaded and diesel. This location features dining area which seats 30, “the beer super cooler” – a designated cooler for beer/adult beverages set to cool below 32 Degrees Fahrenheit, “the wall” – a creative space for customers to customize their cool with over 1.2 billion possible fountain combinations, as well as 7,000 square feet of fast, fun and friendly customer conveniences.
